Tenaya’s WEB leaders kicked off the school year with a 7th grade orientation and WEB Day in August. During the orientation, they pumped up the new students, took them on campus tours and shared tips for success. Sounds like a super positive start to the year! #FUSDFamily

Attention FUSD Family! Our Special Education Department is moving! The current office on M Street will be closed today and tomorrow (9/22 and 9/23) to accommodate the move. The new office at 810 S. 10th Street will be open for business on Monday, 9/26.

Vang Pao Elementary was awarded a $10,000 grant from Aera Energy to fund a college and career-related field trip for their 400 students in third through sixth grade! Students will meet Aera professionals at a career day at the end of the school year. What a great opportunity!

Our English Learner (EL) Services department represented Fresno Unified at Fiestas Patrias this weekend in downtown Fresno! They shared information about our Dual Immersion programs and the State Seal of Biliteracy. Folclórico dancers from Greenberg Elementary also showed up!
